Keep the confirmation email for your purchase: it contains the reference needed to identify your order.

Tracking a parcel

When tracking information is supplied, use the carrier link and tracking number to check progress. An order containing several items may be sent in separate parcels, each with its own delivery updates.

Delivery window

Allow 7 to 21 working days from purchase. Delivery will take place within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. See Delivery and shipping for charges and further details.

Need help?

Email contact@musicboxhaven.com with your order reference, the email used for the purchase and your question. If an item has not arrived, tell us which item is missing and whether any other parcels from the order have been delivered.

Received an incorrect or damaged item?
